All employees across various industries and sectors, including offices, manufacturing, construction, retail, hospitality, and healthcare, should receive Food Hygiene training to ensure a safe work environment.
After completing a food hygiene program or course, participants should have acquired the knowledge and skills necessary to ensure the safe handling, preparation, and storage of food.

The online assessment is taken on completion of the training material. You will be asked 20 multiple choice questions with a pass mark of 100%.
