Duration and Delivery

Two hours of online study has to be assigned per learner. Audio accompanies the material throughout. Staff can access the course wherever they have a suitable internet connection, making it straightforward to include within a planned learning day. Assessment and Completion

At the end of the material, each learner answers 20 multiple-choice questions. The pass threshold is 100%. The system checks the answers immediately and permits unlimited further attempts at no extra charge.
