The course covers the practical stages of safe food and drink provision, including:
The training is fully online and takes around 2 to 3 hours to complete. Staff can progress through it at a suitable pace, making it a practical option for care services looking to maintain standards while accommodating shift-based work and operational demands. The program can be altered for the client in terms of modules included and course title.
After completing the learning material, participants take a 20-question multiple-choice assessment. The pass mark is 80%. Marking is computerised, so learners receive their result straight away; any learner who needs to try again can do so as often as required without an additional fee.
