Duration and Delivery

The course runs fully online and takes between 2 and 3 hours to complete. Its concise, self-paced structure allows staff to complete training around shift patterns without significant interruption. The programme can also be altered in terms of title and modules to accommodate client requirements.

Assessment and Completion

On completion of the training material, learners sit a 20-question multiple-choice assessment. A pass mark of 100% applies, with answers marked automatically and results available instantly. The assessment may be repeated as many times as required at no extra fee.
