Race and ethnicity discrimination remains one of the most significant equality challenges within modern societies. Despite legal protections and increasing awareness, discriminatory behaviour whether overt, subtle, individual, or systemic continues to affect workplaces, educational institutions, public services, and community environments across the United Kingdom. This two-hour online, self-directed CPD course provides a structured and legally grounded exploration of race and ethnicity discrimination, equipping learners with the knowledge, awareness, and practical understanding required to recognise, prevent, and respond to discriminatory conduct.
