Anti-Bribery Training

Learning Aims & Outcome

• Define bribery and corruption and explain their impact on organisations and society.
• Describe the four main offences under the Bribery Act 2010.
• Explain the six principles of adequate procedures and their relevance to organisational compliance.
• Distinguish between a legitimate gift or hospitality and a bribe.
• Recognise indicators and red flags that suggest bribery may be occurring.
• Apply appropriate actions when confronted with a potential bribery situation.
• Understand the responsibilities of individuals and organisations in preventing bribery.
• Demonstrate commitment to ethical standards and anti-bribery compliance.

Assesment

The online assessment is taken on completion of the training material. You will be asked 20 multiple choice questions with a pass mark of 100%. The answers are marked automatically so you will instantly know whether you have passed. If you don’t pass don’t worry! You can take the test as many times as you need with no extra charge.
