Leading AI Adoption in Your Team

This is the third course in the LCPS "AI at Work" curriculum. The first course (Mastering Prompt Engineering) taught you how to talk to an AI well. The second (Building Custom GPTs and AI Agents) taught you how to package that skill into reusable assistants. This course is for the person one level up: the manager, team lead, head of function, or owner of a small or medium business who has to turn AI from something a few people use privately into something the whole team uses well. It is not a technical course, and it is not a strategy course about AI in the abstract. It is a practical course about the hundred small leadership decisions that determine whether AI adoption in a team succeeds or quietly fizzles out: where to start, who goes first, how to run a pilot that produces a real decision, how to handle the colleague who refuses and the colleague who goes too fast, how to measure honestly, and how to keep the change alive once the novelty wears off.

By the end of the course, learners will:

Duration

Online 2 - 3 Hours

Assessment

The online assessment is taken on completion of the training material. You will be asked 20 multiple choice questions with a pass mark of 100%. The answers are marked automatically so you will instantly know whether you have passed. If you don’t pass don’t worry! You can take the test as many times as you need with no extra charge.
