Overview

Employees need to know what will change when AI enters their work and how they will be supported. Leading AI Adoption in Your Team addresses the leadership effort behind that transition. It puts readiness and communication at the centre of an adoption plan. Participants consider where AI could contribute to team objectives and how to judge whether it has done so. The course links the introduction of tools with the development of the people expected to use them.

Assessment and Completion

The platform confirms the outcome as soon as it has checked the learner's answers. All 20 multiple-choice responses must be correct (100%). Anyone who falls short can revisit the assessment, with unlimited attempts available without charge.
